During our recent family vacation to Landgasthof, we were greeted with a blend of comfort and warmth that made us particularly feel at home. The hotel, a charming German country house near a serene lake, offered plenty of space for my children to explore and play. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable base for our adventures in South Germany. One memorable evening, we dined on the owner’s renowned duck, which my husband particularly enjoyed. The generous portions were perfect for sharing, and it quickly became the highlight of our stay. Each morning, we found the breakfast spread to be fulfilling, with various meats, cheeses, and warm options that kept us energized for our daily outings. With an easy walk to the nearby S-Bahn station, we found ourselves venturing into Munich effortlessly. Despite a minor hiccup with the internet, the owners were attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We left with fond memories and a desire to return to this welcoming haven.
